Ethan Scott Grey

Ethan Scott Grey is a rising pop artist, songwriter, and storyteller blending cinematic emotion with modern, radio-ready sound. Known for deeply personal music exploring love, identity, and self-discovery, Ethan brings an unapologetically human perspective to every track.

Drawing from real-life experiences, his music captures first love, heartbreak, and the journey toward authenticity. With a style fusing heartfelt lyricism, atmospheric production, and powerful vocals, Ethan creates songs that feel both intimate and universal—inviting listeners into raw, vulnerable moments.

Beyond music, Ethan is also a creative force in film, expanding his storytelling into visual narratives that mirror the emotional depth of his songs. His upcoming queer feature film Straight Until You Kissed Me originated as a song, turning sound into cinema. A follow-up film and companion track, From The Moment You Kissed Me, continues the story.

His work often centers LGBTQ+ experiences, telling stories that are honest, relatable, and rarely seen with such sincerity.

Whether writing a stripped-down ballad or a soaring pop anthem, Ethan Scott Grey’s artistry is rooted in connection—music that doesn’t just sound good, but means something.
